Spent Christmas in Pahalgam and it was magical. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy, with electric blankets and hot water available all day. The location was perfect, walking distance to the main market and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The hotel also had a lovely garden where we enjoyed our breakfast and evening tea.
the staff on our departure day were pushy for tips, which detracted from an overall positive experience.

Amazing place to stay with an excellent location in the heart of the market. Everything is easily accessible. The hotel is newly built, so everything from furniture to fixtures is brand new. The heated beds were a life-saver during the cold weather. The morning tea was prepared exactly as per our timing. Wi-Fi connectivity was great, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only issue we faced was the water supply in the washroom. Apparently, this is a common problem in all hotels in the area during winter.

The behavior of some staff members, particularly on the day of departure, was a bit disappointing.
